Below are the application requirements:
1. Application:
- $35 credit check fee per applicant (made payable to Punia & Marx Inc.)
2. Letter of Employment:
- Must be on company letterhead dated within the last two months
- Must indicate applicant's position at company, salary and length of employment
3. CPA Letter or the first two pages of last year's individual 1040.
4. Most recent bank statement and/or liquid investment accounts
- Bank letters, money market, stocks, bonds etc.
- Name must be on the statement
5. Clear copy of photo ID
